1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjplots ("jjplots", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jjplots.net (the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise using any feature of the jjplots Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform without exception, including visitors, registered players, and players participating in promotional events.

jjplots reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond reasonable notification posted on the Platform. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jjplots.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any change constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jjplots Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age is set in compliance with the legal gambling age requirements under applicable Philippine law and applicable gaming regulatory frameworks. jjplots does not permit persons under 21 years of age to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jjplots complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or exclusion imposed by any gaming regulatory authority.
• Not a jjplots Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jjplots and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jjplots, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jjplots. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, a different mobile number, or any other identifying detail — is strictly prohibited. jjplots reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds held across those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your current Philippine mobile number, and your valid email address. Providing false, in accurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 KYC Verification

jjplots operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License, or UMID)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
• Additional documentation as may be requested by jjplots at its sole discretion

jjplots reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place accounts under review pending completion of KYC at any time, including for existing accounts where enhanced due diligence is warranted.

3.4 Account Currency

All jjplots player accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No other currency is accepted or maintained on the Platform.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjplots account credentials, including your registered mobile number, email address, and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jjplots account and not reuse it across other services
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the Platform
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices
• Notify jjplots customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

jjplots will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jjplots and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jjplots accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that jjplots has not been negligent in its own systems and security obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jjplots accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank (via InstaPay). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your jjplots wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jjplots does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during business hours
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day via InstaPay
• jjplots reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion

5.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jjplots reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to ₱50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to your jjplots account.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jjplots is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. jjplots reserves the right to report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and applicable regulations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, jjplots may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds issued by jjplots are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Until wagering requirements have been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jjplots reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if jjplots determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, colluding with other players, or exploiting errors in promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin winnings expire if not used within the period specified on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jjplots Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface, in addition to these Terms. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in a regulated studio environment
• The results of all completed rounds are final and cannot be reversed, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's rules; jjplots is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Maximum bet limits apply on certain games, particularly when playing with active bonus funds — exceeding stated maximum bet limits may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus

7.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome or display of a game, jjplots reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant wager(s) to the player's account balance. jjplots shall have no further liability in such circumstances. The phrase "pays outs malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjplots Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule
• Providing false, forged, or altered identification documents during KYC verification
• Using another person's payment method to make deposits or receive withdrawals
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to obtain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be forfeited
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to defraud jjplots or other players
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jjplots staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjplots Platform, including but not limited to the jjplots logo, brand name, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of jjplots or are licensed to jjplots by the relevant rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of jjplots.

10 Privacy & Data

jjplots collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a jjplots account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jjplots will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable Philippine law or lawful orders from regulatory authorities.

11 Responsible Gaming

jjplots is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jjplots players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your jjplots account
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting our support team

jjplots will not reverse or override a self-exclusion request. Once self-exclusion is activated, the player will be unable to access their account for the full duration of the exclusion period. jjplots will make reasonable efforts to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to self-excluded players.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjplots and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the jjplots Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jjplots specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where jjplots' own systems have not been compromised
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions
• Any decision you make to gamble and the financial consequences of such decisions
• Indirect losses, lost profits, or loss of opportunity of any nature

In all cases where jjplots is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjplots account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

jjplots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited by jjplots. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., at jjplots' business discretion), any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification checks.

You may close your jjplots account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jjplots Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with jjplots customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes involving game outcomes, jjplots' records and game logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant facts, in the absence of manifest error.
