• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following your last transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following the closure of the relevant support case

12 Children's Privacy

The jjplots Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. jjplots does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the jjplots registration process, and KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

If jjplots discovers or is notified that an account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be deleted, and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
